We are seeking a proactive and organised Fleet & Administration Coordinator to oversee our fleet operations and provide vital administrative support across our UK-wide sites. This role blends hands-on fleet management with strong administrative skills to ensure the smooth running of our transport and logistics function. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse fleet of vehicles operating across multiple UK locations. Oversee and maintain the fleet maintenance schedule, ensuring all inspections, servicing, and compliance checks are completed on time. Respond to and manage breakdowns, defects, and urgent maintenance issues. Use multiple systems simultaneously to manage operations (CheckedSafe, Axscend, Tachomaster, TTC Continuum - experience with similar systems also welcomed). Conduct tachograph data analysis and ensure compliance with regulations. Carry out driver licence checks, approvals, and ongoing monitoring. Raise and process orders (experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica is desirable). Manage multiple shared mailboxes and prioritise correspondence effectively. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in fleet management and administration. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Experience using fleet, compliance, or telematics systems (CheckedSafe, Axscend, Tachomaster, TTC Continuum, or similar). Knowledge of tachograph analysis and driver compliance processes. Confident using ERP or order processing systems (Acumatica or similar). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. What We Offer Salary up to £30,000 per annum.
