Our client are seeking a meticulous and experienced SHEQ Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards within the organisation. They are looking for someone who is looking to progress career wise and can build a team around themselves.
The Role ;
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
* Investigate incidents and accidents, carrying out root cause analysis
* Provide advice and guidance on SHEQ matters to all levels of staff
* Deliver training sessions on health and safety topics
* Compile detailed reports on safety performance
The Person ;
* Proven experience in a similar SHEQ role
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Excellent report writing skills
* First aid certification is desirable
* Ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis
Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
