A Project Manager at Youwe is moving the e-commerce industry forward by creating solutions for companies used by millions of customers. As a Project Manager, you act as the bridge between the customer and the internal project team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Youwe team in Shrewsbury. Your role as a Project Manager at Youwe
You will serve as the link between the customer and the team, managing customer wishes and translating them into practical goals. You will coach and motivate a diverse project team to achieve objectives in an agile manner. As the first point of contact for clients, you will monitor project progress, facilitate delivery through planning, prioritizing, communication, and reporting. Building customer relationships, managing budgets, and ensuring outstanding results are key responsibilities.

* An experienced professional who has worked as a project manager, e-commerce manager, delivery manager, or product owner in a digital agency.
* Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and switching quickly between disciplines and stakeholders.
* Driven by challenges and motivated by growth opportunities for your clients.
* A feedback-oriented individual, constantly seeking to improve the status quo.
* A team player and go-getter who balances the interests of Youwe and the customer effectively.
* Comfortable working in an international environment with colleagues from over 25 nationalities.
What you have
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or similar role in a digital agency or as a product manager for an e-commerce product.
* A tech-savvy mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
