We are now looking for a dedicated Post Operative to join our vibrant Dispatch team, playing a key role in ensuring our high-quality products reach customers efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Be Doing: Consistently achieving and exceeding targets set by the Packing Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager Working collaboratively within a friendly, supportive team environment Thriving under pressure and meeting tight daily deadlines Taking initiative and working independently to resolve challenges Handling incoming mail — sorting, distributing, and preparing letters and parcels for dispatch Using bespoke in-house systems alongside Royal Mail platforms to manage delivery notes and postage What We’re Looking For: A positive, enthusiastic, and motivated team player Someone adaptable who can confidently manage varied tasks A detail-focused individual who takes pride in high standards Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability A reliable, hardworking self-starter with strong commitment Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm Two 15-minute unpaid breaks per day Benefits: Casual dress Free parking On-site parking Employee benefits Mental Health First Aider support MAN1
