Location: Remote (UK residents only)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Overall Purpose of Job
Are you passionate about ensuring business compliance and driving value from third-party relationships? We seek a dedicated Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Manager to join our team, playing a key role in enhancing our TPRM framework and organizational capability.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the P&P strategic vision and development plan.
* Monitor external market trends related to TPRM, identifying innovations and improvement opportunities.
* Promote a culture of value derived from partnering with the P&P function.
* Manage challenges from the BRM community regarding TPRM assurance outcomes.
* Develop skills within the procurement and wider organization to improve TPRM.
* Contribute to operational plans to develop and strengthen the TPRM function.
* Support key projects with Senior Sourcing and Supplier Managers.
* Assist in lower value sourcing activities to ensure compliance with TPRM frameworks.
* Build the BRM community's capability to manage risk and enhance third-party performance.
* Ensure strategic suppliers have compliant TPRM engagement.
* Understand and perform due diligence on all sub-outsourcing activities.
* Optimize contracts through TPRM best practices and advise on opportunities.
* Conduct clinics and communications to improve TPRM compliance.
* Support TPRM queries and framework development.
* Review assurance reports, identify gaps, and plan remediation.
* Perform quality assurance on TPRM activities.
* Prepare TPRM assurance content for cost optimization meetings.
* Manage procurement activities and keep TPRM records updated.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
* Experience in third-party risk management within Financial Services.
* Support delivery of sourcing activities.
* Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of financial regulation requirements.
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
* Degree preferred.
