What you'll do
* Lead and develop a small team of consultants, supporting performance, growth, and wellbeing
* Oversee end‑to‑end consultancy delivery, ensuring high‑quality implementations aligned to scope
* Act as the senior escalation point, resolving complex technical and functional challenges
* Manage team capacity, workload, and utilisation across multiple projects
* Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and best practices
* Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure clear communication, governance, and successful outcomes
What you'll bring
* Proven experience delivering complex SaaS, HRIS, or payroll implementations
* Strong expertise in solution design, configuration, and/or data migration
* Hands‑on experience with payroll and HRIS systems
* Effective leadership, coaching, and clear communication skillsStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving ability
* High attention to detail with a focus on quality documentation
* Commercial awareness of scope, effort, and delivery best practice
* Familiarity with delivery tools and methodologies (e.g. Freshdesk, ClickUp, Toggl)
