Video Studio Engineer / Producer (Motion Graphics Experience Preferred)

Podcast House is looking for a talented Studio Engineer to join our growing team in London.
We work with brands, creators, businesses, athletes, and public figures to produce high-quality podcasts and video content from our premium studios in Farringdon and Kennington.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running podcast recording sessions (audio + video)
* Managing studio setup and technical operations
* Working directly with clients during recordings
* Assisting with post-production workflows
* Creating or supporting motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual assets
* Helping maintain a smooth premium studio experience
Ideal Skills
* Experience with video studio production
* Strong understanding of audio/video equipment
* Comfortable working with cameras, lighting, and live recording setups
* Bonus: After Effects / motion graphics experience
* Calm under pressure and client-facing confidence
* Organised and proactive attitude
Bonus If You Have
* Experience working with creators or branded content
* Social media editing knowledge
* Multi-camera production experience
* Graphic design or animation ability

Salary
£30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
