We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based at our prestigious client’s site in Frating. Location is central between Colchester, Clacton and Harwich but own transport will be required.

The individual to join our team will play an integral role managing the temporary workforce. It is a supervisory role dealing with the daily welfare and management of the Ambitions Personnel workforce, as well as building & maintaining our relationship with our client.

Full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

1. Performance and absence management
2. Conducting investigations
3. Booking staff
4. General administration and dealing with day-to-day queries
5. Payroll using a clocking system
6. Managing a team of up to 150 staff

Personal Attributes:

7. People management, supervisory/ team leader experience
8. Excellent communication skills
9. PC literacy including a good knowledge of Excel
10. Ability to maintain and develop a business relationship
11. Attention to detail as key information will be generated and presented to client

Full time, ongoing temporary role. Flexibility to cover various shifts depending on the needs of the business is essential, but mainly working Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm with one day per week 04:00am - midday. Some Saturdays available during peak periods paid at X1.5 normal rate.

Currently paid weekly at £12.66ph 6:00am – 2:00pm with uplifted rate of £16.46ph between 4:00am – 6:00am
