Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to ensure accurate employee data records.
* Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to facilitate efficient recruitment processes.
* Support management in developing HR strategies and policies aligned with organisational goals.
* Supervise HR projects, including onboarding programmes, employee engagement initiatives, and training sessions.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends, optimise processes, and support decision-making through comprehensive reports.
* Conduct presentations on HR policies, benefits, and organisational updates to staff at various levels.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies across all HR functions.
* Collaborate with management to develop talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment campaigns.
* Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Skills
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft is essential.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis skills are highly desirable.
* Strong management capabilities including supervising experience within human resources functions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of human resources best practices, employment law, and organisational development principles.
* Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights through analytical tools.
* Organised with exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
