Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Coordination:Support the Facilities and Property teams with data checks, document management, and compliance record-keeping. Handle diary management, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
2. Billing & Finance:Manage utility queries, credit control, arrears monitoring, and ad hoc billing for company and building costs. Produce monthly management reports and ensure accurate financial records
