We're recruiting a confident and experienced Deputy Manager/AGM to join a highly regarded, food-led restaurant in Shoreditch.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, quality-driven operation, ideal for a manager who is passionate about food, service, and developing high-performing teams.
The Role:
Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
Leading from the floor during busy services and setting the standard for service
Managing, training, and motivating a large front-of-house team
Overseeing staffing levels, rotas, and labour control
Ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times
Maintaining compliance with health & safety and company standards
Acting as the senior manager on shift when required
About You:
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality, food-led restaurant
Confident managing high-volume services while maintaining high standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality
Organised, calm under pressure, and commercially aware
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
