Role Breakdown
Were looking for a candidate who can lead the internal sales and technical service functions. Its a mix of team leadership, improving processes, supporting customer enquiries, and making sure quotations, orders, and technical support run smoothly. The role is also a key escalation point for any commercial or technical issues, so it suits someone confident navigating both sides.
Youll be joining at a time of significant growth, working closely with sales, engineering, production and quality, and helping improve customer satisfaction and service performance across the board.
What are we looking for?
Essential:
1. Experience leading internal sales, after-sales, or technical service teams
2. Industry background in engineering or manufacturing is strongly preferred
3. Good understanding of sales processes, quotations, and order handling, as well as use of ERP/MRP and CRM systems
