Requirements
* Experience as an Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealer.
* Strong communicator with a focus on Customer Service.
* Technical knowledge of automotive systems.
* Leadership skills; able to motivate the team toward success.
Responsibilities
* Lead the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing Parts, Service and Workshop teams.
* Recruit and train Service, Parts and Workshop staff.
* Ensure targets are met and exceeded.
* Maximise profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this position is £45,000 basic with a potential OTE of £55,000.
