✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development
* Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures
* Ensuring compliance of HMRC requirements, engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class
* To monitor and maintain HMRC requirements and ensure they are met in full and implement change as required
* Work closely with the operations management team to ensure the correct use of systems in place to maintain a strict and accurate stock profile
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Good understanding of HMRC requirements
* Experience managing a team in a Warehouse setting (specifically a stock/inventory team)
* Excellent knowledge of WMS, host systems and computer systems is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
