Senior Customer Service Advisor Hours: Monday Thursday 7:30am 4:30pm / Friday 7:30am 1:00pm. Location: Birmingham (Office-Based). Key Responsibilities as a Senior Customer Service Advisor: Build a deep understanding of clients' needs and deliver tailored, premium service. Champion a customer-first mindset across all interactions. Address issues effectively, escalating where required. Deliver consistently outstanding service and follow-through. Monitor account performance and produce regular reports for both clients and stakeholders. Oversee smooth onboarding for new clients and new projects. Continuously upsell where possible to generate more orders. Required Skills & Attributes for the Senior Customer Service Advisor: At least 2 years working in customer services. Confident conversational skills and the ability to ask insightful questions. Personable, engaging, and strong interpersonal abilities. Competent with ERP systems.
