Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods.
* Pursue opportunities for significant OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savings.
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.
* Manage and report monthly on savings KPIs to executives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
* Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager with deep experience in managing two or more indirect categories such as HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, Professional Services, Real‑Estate & Facilities, Transportation & Logistics, T&E & Fleet.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing.
* Experience in change and continuous process improvement.
* Flexibility to manage and support new categories.
* Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts module.
