Your new role
1. Full-time position, 5 days per week
2. Long-term role to start in September
3. Based within a specialist SEN provision room
4. Supporting multiple pupils withplex needs, including: Non-verbalmunication, Autism (ASD – cognitive & learning needs) & Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
5. Assisting with personal care where required
6. Helping to deliver structured support across EYFS to KS2 levels
7. Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists to support learning,munication and emotional regulation
What you'll need to succeed
8. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE, NVQ)
9. Strong experience supporting children with SEN andplex needs
10. Confidence working with non-verbal pupils and ASD
11. Flexible and adaptable approach across different age groups (EYFS–KS2)
12. A patient, resilient and nurturing attitude
13. Excellent teamwork andmunication skills
