The role centres on representing adoption carers – such as grandparents, aunts and uncles – in care proceedings. You will also advise on Special Guardianship Orders, support plans and related allowances. Key Responsibilities: Represent adoption carers in care proceedings Advise on Special Guardianship applications, support plans and allowances Provide high-quality client care and build strong relationships Undertake advocacy work and manage a busy caseload effectively Requirements: Ideally a minimum of 1-year PQE (all levels will be considered) Strong knowledge of child care law and legal aid eligibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in billing or public funding processes Advocacy skills and the ability to manage court work independently A proactive, organised and empathetic approach to client service Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the drive to progress What's on Offer?
