Were looking for practical, hands-on people who enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and being part of a team. You dont need to have worked on boats before if youve got relevant skills and a willingness to learn, wed love to hear from you.
What youll be doing:
* Helping to build and install systems on our luxury yachts
* Working with a range of equipment such as engines, plumbing, and onboard systems
* Supporting other trades and being part of a collaborative build team
* Reading simple drawings and following build instructions
What were looking for
You might be a good fit if you have experience in areas like:
* Mechanical work, plumbing, HVAC, automotive, or similar trades
* Using hand and power tools
* Building, assembling, or installing equipment
We also value people who:
* Enjoy practical, hands-on work
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Are willing to learn new skills and adapt
* Take pride in doing a job well
Bonus (but not essential):
* Experience with fabrication or welding
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Previous engineering or trade qualifications
