Job Description
* Experience in dealing with and managing Insurance claims, particularly UK Property Insurance claims
* Handle and process property insurance claims efficiently and accurately
* Assess and validate claims documentation to determine coverage and liability
* If needed : Liaise with loss adjusters, surveyors, and other relevant parties to gather information and expedite claims resolution
* Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties, ensuring fair and timely resolutions
* Handle recoveries for property claims in UK, maximising opportunities for subrogation
* Maintain detailed and accurate claim files and records
* Identify and report potential fraudulent claims to the appropriate departments
* Provide excellent customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process
* Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with underwriting and other departments to improve policy wording and risk assessment
* Meet or exceed performance targets for claims handling and customer satisfaction
* Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in all aspects of claims management
