Purpose of Role
We are recruiting for a pivotal role within our Technical Services team as part of a new Defence contract covering a London portfolio.
Job Description
The Technical Facilities Manager will have responsibility for the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works including planned, reactive, and small quoted works across numerous sites in the region. You will manage the overall performance of our sub-contracted delivery to ensure service standards are maintained. You will review operating performances to ensure efficiency and maximize first-time fix ratio. Extensive experience managing multi-discipline facilities management and the ability to develop strong client relationships are essential.
This is a new contract dedicated to the RFCA (Reserve Forces Cadet’s Associations), launching in August 2024. The role is required immediately to support the contract's mobilization.

Essential Qualifications/Skills
* Experience managing a large regional area with multiple sites
* Military / Defence exposure preferred
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing performance (SLA’s/KPI’s) using CAFM systems
* Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and Compliance legislation (SFG20)
* Technical background + IOSH Trained
* Must have worked in the UK for the last 5 years (clearance requirement)
