We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. Duties
* Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
* Supervise and train staff in serving practices.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulations.
* Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food production techniques.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Previous experience in front of house is essential.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
