We're recruiting for a Delivery Manager. You'll be responsible for driving a performance management environment by ensuring productivity of operatives and working with our Planners to programme works efficiently within our Service Level Agreements.
Tasks include
* Dealing effectively with our internal resource to repair and maintain our housing stock
* Working closely with the Head of Repairs and acting as an ‘ambassador’ for mhs homes
* Leading a team of front‑line skilled operatives to deliver excellent service, including carrying out regular performance reviews
* Undertaking pre, post and work in progress inspections, as well as Health and Safety Inspections and Van Stock audits
* Ensuring that our service delivers the best it can for our customers
* Ensuring a robust out of hours service is in place, including being part of the management call out rota
Must haves include
* Proven ability using performance data and ICT systems and handheld devices
* Technical knowledge in delivery of operative based works
* Good construction knowledge, diagnosis and remedy of defects
* Experience of leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent results, managing performance and ensuring that the potential of each team member is realised
* Excellent communication skills
