This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a forward‑thinking practice delivering a wide-ranging, project‑biased workload, primarily for public sector clients. The Role You will take a key role in the delivery of building surveying and project-led instructions, including: Contract Administration on projects of varying scale and value Full Project Management duties from inception through to completion Writing and reviewing technical reports Preparing specifications and schedules of work Reviewing, preparing and submitting planning applications Client liaison and professional advice throughout all stages of projects Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate About You To be considered, you should have: A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline MRICS status (or actively working towards chartership) Strong experience across project-focused building surveying services Previous exposure to public sector projects (desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, client-focused approach What’s On Offer Salary £55,000 – £65,000, dependent on experience Generous benefits package Clear progression and long-term career development Varied and interesting public sector project work Supportive, professional working environment This role would suit a motivated Senior Building Surveyor looking to take the next step within a stable consultancy offering both autonomy and progression
