Our client is seeking a creative and driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing activity within a well‑established regional business.

You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering digital campaigns that enhance brand presence, attract new customers, and showcase high‑quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
* Plan and implement paid digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
* Manage website content and performance, including SEO optimisation, user experience improvements, and analytics reporting.
* Coordinate email marketing campaigns to promote launches, events, and key promotions.
* Create compelling copy and visuals for digital campaigns, collaborating with internal and external design resources as required.


Campaign Management & Reporting

* Oversee digital campaigns from concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.
* Use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights) to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
* Report regularly on KPIs and insights to inform decision‑making and improve marketing strategy.


Brand Development

* Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and customer touchpoints.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral and assets that support campaigns and events.
* Support community engagement and CSR campaigns that reflect the organisation’s values and mission.


Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
* Strong working knowledge of social media management, SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
* Experience managing websites (WordPress) and coordinating with developers.
* Confident in creating and editing digital content — including visuals, short videos, and campaign copy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
* Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Understanding of customer journeys, lead generation, and digital campaign planning.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
