We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a qualified Health Advisor and learn the advanced NHS 111 triage tool.
Training Schedule
* Monday 3rd November – 9am to 5pm (4 weeks)
* Monday 17th November – 9am to 5pm (4 weeks)
* Monday 1st December – 9am to 5pm (4 weeks)
* Monday 15th December – 9am to 5pm (4 weeks)
Responsibilities
* Commit to training every day.
* Complete assessments and call audits throughout the training. Passing is necessary to remain in the role; failure after the second attempt results in removal.
* After training, receive an additional 8 weeks of support to ensure you are ready to be signed off as a fully accredited Pathways Health Advisor.
* Triage calls, provide accurate assessments, and offer non‑clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System.

Pay & Hours
Pay Rates: £12.65 per hour (7am–11pm), £15.72 per hour (11pm–7am). Enhanced rate of £16.27 per hour when working between Friday 18:00 to Monday 7:00am. Weekend rate is a none‑contractual incentive; during training you will be paid £12.65.
Working Hours: Flexible shift patterns based on 24 hours per week.
