What youll be doing
Proactively source, manage, and nurture group, catering, and transient business opportunities under the guidance of the Group Commercial Director.
Handle all enquiries with care and attention, up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Ensure seamless and timely handover of business to support flawless service delivery.
Build strong client relationships by responding promptly and professionally to their needs.
Deliver service excellence at every stage of the customer journey to create memorable guest experiences.
Consistently achieve personal and team revenue targets.
Support the growth of corporate accounts and drive long-term customer loyalty.
Contribute to strengthening the hotels reputation for outstanding hospitality.
What were looking for
Minimum of 2 years experience in proactive sales.
Experience in a similar role with a proven ability to support management objectives.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and the UK market across relevant segments.
Passion for sales across all market segments.
Commitment to compliance with the company Code of Conduct.
Working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, leading by example at all times.
Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team.
Capable of producing accurate reports in line with current guidelines.
Strong awareness of Health, Hygiene, and Fire Life Safety policies and procedures.
This is a full time position(40 hours / 5 days per week) working a variety of early and late shifts Monday to Sunday.
