We are looking to recruit an afternoon tea person with experience in food preparation to prepare afternoon teas for our residents which will consist of a variety of appetising hot and cold food, sandwiches and desserts, as well as managing some specific dietary requirements. Duties will include Preparing a resident's choice from a selection of three options. Serving the meal choice in the dining room or by tray in a resident's room. Collect and wash dishes using the dishwasher. Dishwasher to be emptied and cleaned. At Heyfields, we pride ourselves in offering food to a very high standard, maintaining food safety and hygiene at all times. The kitchen is a very pleasant but busy environment which is staffed by a dedicated team of Cooks and Kitchen assistants. Training will be provided for the successful candidate. Hours of work will be 1.30pm to 6.30 pm, 3 days a week and will require the job holder to work every other weekend. Holidays will be taken in line with current UK legislative entitlement.
