What you'll do You'll oversee all commercial aspects of a flagship contract, ensuring everything runs smoothly and strategically. You'll track compliance with contractual obligations and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll be the commercial face of the business to the customer-building trust and driving performance. You'll manage governance, change, opportunity, and escalation processes with confidence and clarity. You'll dive deep into the contract to understand every detail and identify ways to increase revenue and margin. You'll support the legal team by reviewing and refining contract language. You'll lead the charge on contract extensions, renewals, and terminations-always with a strategic lens. Who you are You'll bring extensive experience managing large-scale commercial contracts. You'll be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including CEOs. You'll have a track record of planning and executing complex negotiations. You'll be quick to assess commercial risks and spot opportunities. You'll know how to build and improve complex contract economics. You'll communicate clearly and confidently-simplifying the complex.
