We are delighted to be working with this prestigious legal institution to recruit for a 2 year fixed term contract as a Deputy Advocates Clerk.
Your new role:
This is a full time role that offers hybrid working and a generous salary and benefits package including private health care, 9% pension contribution and flexi-time. You will offer varied support to a team requiring you to be proactive and have the ability to react to changing situations.
Duties will include:
* Diary Management
* Dealing with incoming enquiries
* Arranging hearings and meetings while being mindful of case load and capacity
* Drafting terms of engagement
* Budget analysis and management
* Event arranging
* Marketing in order to onboard new business opportunities
* Maintaining of website and social media
* Proactively maintaining knowledge of changing legislation
* General and varied ad hoc duties
Experience Required:
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a senior role and legal knowledge and experience would be advantageous. You will be required to complete 6 month training programme.

* Confident communicator with stakeholders of all levels
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
* Fully proficient on MS Office and LEX
* High level of problem solving skills
* Ability to adapt to a unique work environment
