As an Assistant Building Manager, you will responsible for:
Assisting in the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring high service standards
Acting as a point of contact for residents, contractors and service providers

Assisting with the preparation and management of budgets and service charge accounts

Previous experience and requirements:
