MSK Physiotherapist (Part-Time) – Private Practice

Pro-Form Physio is a clinician-led private practice with an established and growing self-funding base across two sites. We operate a structured, performance-focused model that prioritises patient retention, measurable outcomes and long-term clinician development.
We're looking for a confident MSK physiotherapist who takes pride in hands-on treatment, clear communication and structured follow-up care.
This role suits a clinician who wants to build and retain their own caseload within a stable, high-standards environment.
We are seeking a physiotherapist to cover:
* 1 weekday daytime clinic (Mon / Tue / Fri – 4–6 hours)
* 1 weekday evening clinic (3–4 hours)
There is opportunity to grow additional clinics and contribute to the development of our Blackheath site as demand increases.
Pay & Earning Potential
* £30–£32 per clinical hour (2–4 years MSK experience)
* £35+ per clinical hour (5+ years MSK experience with private practice background)
In addition:
* Performance-based uplift linked to self-funding revenue
* Monthly self-funder retention bonus (up to £150)
* Paid admin time for insurer reports
* Optional fortnightly pay structure
Strong self-funding caseloads can achieve £40–£46+ per effective clinical hour.
We reward clinicians who structure treatment plans clearly, retain appropriately and take ownership of their diary.

Self-funding | Bupa | Vitality | WPA | Healix
No medico-legal churn, Minimal reports - only Bupa insurer once every 5-8 sessions. Clear and structured follow-up framework.
We prioritise quality care and patient continuity over reactive, short-term treatment.

* Dedicated rehabilitation gym

Requirements
* 2+ years MSK experience
* 5+ years MSK experience (with private background) considered for senior band
* Minimum 1 year private practice experience preferred
* Acupuncture or dry needling strongly preferred (Support available if completing within 6 months).
* Commercially aware, reliable and retention-minded
* Comfortable building and maintaining a self-funding caseload
