Manufacturing Process Engineer Location: Basildon Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday About the Role Syntech Recruitment are working with a long standing client who are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their engineering team in Basildon. This role is key to designing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues, optimise workflows, and drive process improvements that reduce waste, improve productivity, and control costs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to translate engineering concepts into practical, scalable manufacturing solutions.
