RSM Drain Solutions are looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. RSM are a company specialising in complete drainage services nationwide, delivering services to both private & public sector customers, covering a multitude of drainage services & surveying. Successful candidates will have experience in this field and offer a strong skill set to compliment this job role, whilst looking to join a young & dynamic company with aggressive growth strategies & strong work ethic.
The main purpose of this role is to cover and deliver all RSM’s core ppm service offerings to their clients, whilst working closely alongside the wider RSM drainage division & company directors to identify and deliver other service offerings & increase business deliverables, whilst maintaining & developing RSM’s high service delivery standards.

Role & Responsibilities

* Location: HX3 (Nationwide working)
* Job type: Permanent

Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
* Good understanding of drainage systems & containment systems
* Experience in using CCTV survey equipment & electronic design tools
* Experience in drain repair & remedial works
* Willingness to deliver multiple services across a large number of different sites / clients
* Experience working alongside vac-tankers
* Water jetting experience / training certs (advantageous)
* Confined space certs & experience (advantageous)
* Willingness to work solo across the U.K or in a team
Pay and Perks
* Salary £28,000 – £36,000 (plus overtime, vehicle & company profit share)
* Competitive salary 40 hours per week core hours Included in RSM quarterly profit share
* Overtime paid separately for hours worked over 40 & evenings / weekends
