We are seeking an Account Manager with client services experience in healthcare. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare to work with leading clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and health IT fields.
This position can be based in our London or Manchester offices, or remotely in the UK, Belgium, Germany, or Switzerland. (Remote applicants outside these locations are not considered.)
What you’ll do:
* Manage exceptional client service and account activities for 3-4 accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless project execution and client communication
* Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and tactics
* Support account development, resourcing, fiscal performance, and growth
* Handle day-to-day client requests and deliverables
* Develop scopes of work, contracts, presentations, and marketing materials
* Gather and address client feedback
* Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
* Set meetings, prepare agendas, and provide contact reports
* Run client calls or meetings independently
* Manage account finances, including tracking budgets, invoicing, and POs

* BA or equivalent experience
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Proven track record of high-quality deliverables on schedule and budget
* Understanding of social media and communication management
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
* Ability to mentor junior staff and manage projects independently
* Experience with media monitoring and research
