Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons in line with the Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Geography curriculum.
2. Using a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners and support progress and attainment.
3. Regularly monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted interventions where required.
