Due to continued growth and success, they are looking to appoint an additional solicitor with upwards of 6 years’ PQE with a track record in managing a caseload comprising:
* Purchase and sale of commercial property
* Commercial leases and licences
* Property Finance Options
* Pre-exemption agreements
* Overage agreements.
