Role Requirements
* Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
* Conduct market appraisals for listings
* List properties on our CRM system Reapit
* Qualify clients and arrange viewings
* Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
* Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency
* Keep record of properties, clients, and owners
