This is a hybrid position designed for a practitioner who excels in non-traditional environments. The Weekly Split: 2 Days: Specialised classroom-based teaching (Small group SEMH). 3 Days: Outdoor learning and adventure-based education. We practice a "Sneaking Teaching" philosophy embedding core literacy, numeracy, and life skills into high-engagement outdoor activities so students learn without the pressure of a traditional desk-bound setting. Key Responsibilities Sneaking Teaching: Plan and deliver "stealth learning" where academic objectives are integrated into bushcraft, horticulture, and outdoor survival skills.
