The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a performance marketing specialist to take ownership of paid media strategy and drive profitable growth across your own set of accounts independently.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising high-performing campaigns across PPC, paid social media, and display advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage annual budgets for PPC, paid social media, and display advertising aligned with sales targets
* Optimise PPC accounts (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social platforms to maximise sales performance and ROI
* Drive full-funnel performance marketing, continuously improving lead quality, volume, and conversion rates
* Monitor budget expenditure and make strategic adjustments to media spend
* Collaborate with creative agencies to develop and test high-converting landing pages
* Analyse campaign data across multiple platforms to identify optimisation opportunities
* Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial services regulations
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Experience
* 3+ years in a performance marketing role
* Proven track record managing Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts
* Experience managing paid social media campaigns
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Desirable Experience
* Experience with Google Analytics
* Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations
