Job Title: Paid Media Team Lead

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Team Lead to own and drive performance marketing across Paid Search and Paid Social channels. This is a hands-on role with a strong strategic element, focused on maximising ticket sales and revenue through data-driven campaigns.
You’ll lead a small team, set direction across channels, and work closely with wider marketing and commercial teams to optimise performance across the full funnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and develop a team of Paid Media Executives/Managers
* Own the Paid Media strategy across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
* Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket sales and ROI
* Analyse performance data, providing insights and clear recommendations for improvement
* Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels
* Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Content, Partnerships) to align campaigns
* Test and scale new channels, audiences, and creative approaches
* Report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
* Previous line management experience (or strong mentorship experience with direct reports)
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and ROI
* Experience working in eCommerce, ticketing, events, or high-volume B2C environments
* Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (TikTok a plus)
* Confident analysing data and translating it into actionable insights
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
