2. Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
3. Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
4. Assist with basic bookkeeping and liaising with clients or suppliers as needed.
5. Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a service-based business.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
