This post is working Days The hours of work are: 44 hours per week The rate of pay is: £14.31 per hour Main Responsibilities: We require a number of Operational Trainers in various Production departments in our site on AM PM shifts: Job Responsibilities include: Operational training of staff. Training admin to support operational training. Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers. Ensuring products meet the high quality standards require. Ideal Candidate: As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have: An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management. A second language will be an advantage. Quality awareness Train the Trainer Health and Safety understanding The ability to motivate others and be patient Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused The ability to work in a fast paced environment An adaptable approach Strong administrative skills Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
