Key Responsibilities:
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge primary-aged students across a range of subjects.
Differentiate teaching methods and resources to cater to the individual learning needs of students, including those with SEND.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student success.
Promote academic progress while also focusing on personal development and fostering emotional resilience in students.
Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff to provide tailored learning experiences and achieve the best outcomes for all students.
Implement effective classroom management strategies and ensure a safe, respectful classroom environment.
Assess student progress through regular feedback and reports, ensuring that students are on track to meet their learning objectives.

Qualifications: QTS status or relevant teaching qualifications.
Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience teaching within the UK primary curriculum.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Right to Work in the UK and a valid driving license (preferred for this role).
