Purpose of the Job - Planner
Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance works for operatives and contractors.
Manage diaries to ensure all appointments are booked efficiently and within target timescales.
Monitor daily workloads to maximise operative productivity and meet KPI targets
Update systems accurately to reflect job progress and completion.
Support the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring timely communication and smooth workflow
