* Ensuring the restaurant looks fabulous at all times, adhering to policies, processes, and guidelines
* Cleaning the restaurant and kitchen efficiently, ensuring it's spotless and ready for service
* Knowing the kitchen inside out, helping to keep every corner and cupboard clean
* Supporting both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure smooth operations
