This is the opportunity to be part of a one of a kind project in the UK, a project which will play a pivotal role in advancing clean technology and sustainable energy. You’ll shape and deliver a site-wide Human Factors Strategy that influences how people, technology, and process come together safely and efficiently. Working alongside process safety and occupational safety specialists, you’ll have the scope to build something exceptional — embedding human performance principles into the heart of operations. You’ll be advising senior leaders, collaborating with regulators, and steering key design and operational decisions that affect the safety of people and plant.
