Job Title: Events Coordinator, Europe
Salary: £26,600-£30,000 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Cambridge)
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week
Join us as an Events Coordinator, Europe, supporting our team in delivering international education marketing events-both online and offline-across the region

About the role
Event Coordination and Execution
Plan and coordinate all aspects of Cambridge-led, third-party, and award ceremony events, including:
* Coordinate travel and accommodation for speakers and participants
* Venue liaison and supplier coordination.
* Delegate bookings, equipment setup, catering, and on-site support.
* Event communications (emails, newsletters, social media, press releases)
* Collect and analyse feedback
* Maintain a well‑organised archive of event materials, including photos, attendee lists, and leads.
* Produce comprehensive post‑event reports summarising outcomes, lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for future improvements.
Marketing Collateral
Oversee the production, printing, inventory, and distribution of promotional and merchandising materials
Financial & Vendor Management
Manage event-related financial processes, including payments for speakers, catering, and venues, as well as vendor onboarding and invoice processing. Monitor budgets and regularly update the Monday.com tracking spreadsheet.
About you
You have demonstrable experience in marketing communications, ideally within the education sector. You bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and emotional resilience to lead impactful marketing initiatives across Europe. You are confident managing multi‑channel campaigns, budgets, and events, and have a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different cultures. Your expertise includes digital marketing, content creation, and campaign analysis, and you are comfortable working independently as well as part of international teams.
Key Skills & Experience
* Degree in marketing, PR, business, or related field (desirable).
* Experience in event planning, logistics, and supplier coordination.
* Strong communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
* Excellent organisational, time‑management, and editorial skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Monday.com.
* Comfortable working independently and across cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
