About the Role As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions. Working closely with the Payments/Receipts Team Leader, you’ll help maintain high standards across our financial systems and support colleagues and partners with essential financial processes. For a full role profile please click here For Nacro’s candidate pack please click here What You’ll Be Doing Processing invoices, expenses, and company credit card transactions with accuracy Preparing payment schedules and ensuring timely bank payments Supporting staff and customers by resolving queries and providing clear financial guidance Liaising with external suppliers to manage and resolve financial queries Maintaining up-to-date financial records and producing reports as needed What We’re Looking For 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) Working towards or willing to pursue an AAT qualification Strong Excel and data handling skills Experience with electronic purchase order systems (preferred) Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Ability to manage high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
