Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced customer service and data administrator for an immediate start in High Wycombe.
This is a great opportunity to work with a market-leading company within the HVAC sector.
The role involves data administration and customer service to establish a new position within an established business.
The initial temporary rate is £12-£13.50 per hour, with the potential to go permanent at a salary of £26,000 to £28,000 annually.

Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP or Prospect Soft, is essential.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Office 365 is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
This role is data-heavy, involving reviewing, updating, extracting, and inputting data, as well as GDPR compliance.
Main responsibilities include:
* Extracting and manipulating data from CRM systems.
* Responding to phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing technical information.
* Order processing and sales administration.
* Producing quotations for ventilation services.
* Validating and processing data to produce accurate reports in Excel.
* Updating CRM notes based on customer interactions.
* Supporting internal and external customers.
* Streamlining processes for reporting and dashboards.
